Read to a Therapy Dog Day

Calling all early readers!! Are you looking for a safe, non-judgmental, cozy and creative way to practice your reading this summer?

Join Millie, our Therapy-Dog-in-Training, for an individual 20 minute reading session in our Kernersville office!

This event is free and open to all members of our community. Bring a book or borrow one of ours!

Each child will have a cozy place to sit and read next to Millie. They may interact with Millie as much or as little as they prefer. Millie's owner will be present at all times. Only one child and one parent will be in the room at a time. Parents/siblings may wait in the waiting area if needed, but are required to remain on site.

After registration is complete, we will reach out to you to confirm a time slot.
